Trust us to handle your complaints – Kano Anti-corruption Commission
Kano state Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission has urged citizens to patronize its resources rather than rant on social media.
KANO FOCUS reports that the chairman of the commission Muhyi Magaji Rimingado made the appeal on Wednesday while addressing journalists in Kano on the commission’s activities in 2019.
Mr Rimingado said the commission is committed to entertaining public complaints and following up with the concerned authorities.
He explained that complainants can reach the commission via public suggestion boxes or social media handles of the commission.
Meanwhile Mr Rimingado said the commission had treated 3,192 cases and recovered N236, 014,170 million in the year 2019.
He added that the commission also recovered 196 plots of land, 14 houses and 15 farmlands across the state.
The chairman also said that the commission has established offices across the 44 Local Government Areas of Kano state.
